Meet Our Team

Megan Richardson
TEAM LEAD, REALTOR

A realtor for 18 years, Megan is a Washington DC native. Megan’s prior work life took her to the life of catering and project managing in Washington DC serving various high-profile figures including the Secretary of State, Congress Men and Women, Shakespeare Theatre Celebrities, and more.

This work gave Megan the experience to pay close attention to detail and deliver a high standard of service, which she now offers to her clients' real estate listings, purchases, and transactions. When away from the office, Megan loves writing, cooking, reading food blogs, all things Airstreams, walks with her dog, rainy days at the movies, and/or gatherings with friends and family around backyard bonfires.

Wendy LaGrant
PROJECT MANAGER, REALTOR

Wendy became a realtor in 2007 after a short stint as a mortgage Lender, which made her cry, from 2004 to 2007. Having re-invented herself several times after leaving a 22-year career in the broadcast industry, Wendy has found another mission in life. Impact others with her gift to problem solve, with her ability to see two steps ahead, and with her love to bring the right people together to serve her family, clients, colleagues, and friends.

When not a problem solver for others, Wendy can be found golfing, in the backyard building something, gardening, or volunteering for the nonprofits like Baltimore Hunger Project, Habitat for Humanity, and Moveable Feast. In 2019 Wendy founded her own nonprofit, Dementia Works.
